Terms of use
Updated 7 October 2026
1. App and provider
These terms govern My Stuff and mystuff.global for users outside Russia. The provider is Natalja Libikova, Linnu tee 70, 13424 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: support@mystuff.global.
2. Features and licence
The app helps catalogue belongings with photos, names and descriptions, group items into virtual boxes and find them by name or QR code. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use it on compatible devices under these terms and the rules of the store from which it was obtained.
Rights to the app, design and code remain with their respective owners. You retain rights to your photos, descriptions and other materials. Unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights and interference with the app are prohibited. These restrictions do not affect actions permitted by mandatory law.
3. Data and iCloud
The free version supports up to 50 items, with item details and photos stored locally on the device. The paid iOS version offers iCloud synchronisation using an Apple Account. Synchronisation requires a suitable Apple account, access to iCloud and sufficient cloud storage.
You are responsible for lawful content, device and account security and necessary backups. Synchronisation also depends on Apple services and an internet connection. The app does not replace insurance, valuation or legal proof of ownership.
4. Premium and payments
Premium is offered monthly or yearly. Features, price, currency, duration and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase. Website prices refer to the stated App Store storefront; the offer shown at purchase determines the final terms.
An auto-renewing subscription renews under the terms displayed by the App Store until renewal is cancelled. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for Apple payments follow Apple’s procedure, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Purchases through another store follow that store’s payment and subscription rules.
5. Operation and responsibility
We maintain and develop the app, but technical interruptions, errors and incompatibility with some system versions may occur. Report problems to support@mystuff.global. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights and guarantees.
6. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the app. Subscription cancellation and management of iCloud data are separate from deleting the app. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
Updated terms are published with a revision date. Changes requiring notice or consent under applicable law are introduced accordingly. Questions and complaints: support@mystuff.global. Applicable law follows the relevant provider and mandatory consumer protections; these terms do not remove your right to approach a competent court or authority.
